2 Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data required to provide the Vellora service:

Email address — collected when you sign up for early access or subscribe
Expense entries — text, voice transcriptions, or receipt data you voluntarily share with the bot
Spending categories and limits — set by you within the service
WhatsApp identifier — required to deliver messages through the WhatsApp Business API

We do not collect banking credentials, access your bank accounts, or store payment card details.

3 How We Use Your Data

To provide the expense tracking and financial insights service
To send you spending alerts and monthly reports via WhatsApp
To send service-related emails (onboarding, updates, launch notifications)
To improve the accuracy of AI categorization over time

We never use your data for advertising or share it with third-party marketers.

4 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers within the European Economic Area (EEA). We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Vellora uses the following third-party services to operate:

WhatsApp Business API — message delivery (Meta Platforms)
Brevo — email list management and delivery
Stripe — payment processing (we never see your full card details)

Each service operates under its own privacy policy and GDPR compliance framework.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email.
