1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing getvellora.app or using the Vellora WhatsApp service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2 Service Description

Vellora is an AI-powered personal finance assistant delivered via WhatsApp. The service allows you to:

Log expenses via text, voice, or photo
Receive automatic spending categorization
Set and monitor spending limits
Receive monthly financial reports and smart alerts

Important: Vellora is a tracking and awareness tool only. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or banking services. Always consult a qualified professional for major financial decisions.

3 Eligibility

To use Vellora, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid WhatsApp account
Provide accurate information when signing up
Reside in a country where WhatsApp Business services are permitted

4 Subscription & Payment

Vellora is offered as a monthly subscription:

Price: €7/month, billed monthly
Early access price lock: users who subscribe during early access keep this price for life, even as features are added
Cancellation: you may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees
Money-back guarantee: full refund within the first 30 days, no questions asked
Payments: processed securely via Stripe — we never store your payment card details

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vellora only for lawful, personal finance tracking purposes. You must not:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Vellora service
Use the service to process data belonging to other individuals without their consent
Abuse, harass, or send spam through the WhatsApp channel
Attempt to circumvent any security measures of the service
Use the service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

6 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and technology associated with Vellora — including the name, logo, and AI models — are the exclusive property of Vellora. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of it without prior written permission.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vellora shall not be liable for:

Financial decisions made based on information provided by the bot
Inaccuracies in AI-generated categorizations or insights
Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Stripe, etc.)
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service

8 Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Vellora may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate planned downtime in advance whenever possible.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state regulations, including the GDPR. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the European Union.
